I do not have a white Wii U console to fully test it. I tried testing out the gamepad by itself and it looks like the digitizer is going out. It’s a cheap part but kinda difficult to replace. The gamepad would randomly open applications. I had to unplug the battery and plug it back in for it to act normal but after turning off and on a couple times the digitizer would act up again. There are some scratches on the gamepad and there are little to no scratches on the screen. Does not include charger or stylus. Gamepad only with battery.
