Please see pictures for condition. Item has normal wear from use and handling. There is a large chip on the rear paw showing on the front of the piece. It is hard to see beacuse of the color/ style of the piece. There are also some very small chips throughout the piece. The atatue is about 14" long and 6" tall. The piece presents very well.

Beautiful piece! It comes from a local estate and still has a clipping of the magazine as it came from with it from 1984. Great condition! Beautiful hand painted black marble finish. Would look beautiful in any room. Very well made and heavy. It is made from gypsum and calcium. I definitely don't think you'll see many of these! 15-1/2" x 4" Base, Height at the head is 9". Regal lion head wall accent with a dramatic gold and bronze finish. It may be from 30 years ago, it may be from last year, I do not know. The material of construction is also unknown. It feels like a plaster composite.
