This item is a vintage 1998 Head West Octagon Oak Mirror featuring a stained glass-style grapevine trim. It is octagonal shaped with an oak wood frame. It features a stained glass-style trim with a grapevine, purple grape, and green leaf motif. The measurements included are for horizontal use. There are no brackets on the back for wall hanging. It is in excellent shape with no apparent flaws. If any flaws it would be a very small scratch on the frame.
