Used condition. As you can see the lower surface is in decent shape with pretty nice graphics. There are a few scratches, most notably down towards the tail as shown in close up. The upper surface has some discolouration and oxidation around the truck bolts and some more notable wear to the graphics as clearly shown. The wheels all turn but one is a little noisier and doesn't spin free for as long so I suspect a bad bearing and a wheel replacement will be necessary. There are no more notable issues. It will likely simply be wrapped in corrugated card for shipping.
