Original Owner. Non-smoking household. Upgraded from Encore to Ovation by manufacturer. This is a $2750 upgrade, and the Ovation had a $4495 MSRP. The original EAD remote is not communicating with the pre amp, but Noble Electronics say it has lost its programing and they can reprogram it. I am currently using a programable remote (included) which works fine. The display blue backlighting is currently not working, and I have purchased (but not installed) a new display. This is included.
