This is a super rare, hard to find tenor sax mouthpiece by Zinner...it's a Strathon Ajustotone 8* mouthpiece. It has been well-played on over the years. It was my Father-in-laws mouthpiece that he used with his Paris Tenor Sax. The sticker is peeling off of the mouthpiece "Zinner" but the playability of the mouthpiece should be absolutely fine. He played on it until he wasn't able to play anymore due to his age.
