Hello, this wonderful collectible book of children's stories featuring animals and the illustrations of Richard Scarry is unfortunately in rather poor condition. The pages are fragile and have rips and tears in them, pictured. There is discoloration from age. The cover also has signs of wear and tear. This might be perfect for someone who wants to use it for a collage or scrapbooking project or someone who's favorite book this was as a child but they don't have the money to spend for a copy and better condition.
