NINTENDO POKEMON Pokedex TCG Card 3 Ring Binder 1999 Vintage Pikachu Meowth Red Condition is phenomenal! There is a small piece of clear tape on the back that I didn’t want to remove since I currently don’t have anything to remove tape residue, but it isn’t covering damage or anything like that. Only real issue is some very slight yellowing of the clear plastic due to age. See photos!
