PCH-1001 PS Vita in used condition - shows some wear and tear from the years such as scratches and scuffs (see photos), includes charger cable, which works because it turns the handheld light on when connected. However, it does not seem to turn on. I've charged it for quite some time and the PS light turns blue but screen shows nothing. Hopefully goes to someone who can use it for parts or repair.
