Yes this is indeed Reepicheep — no other character it could be, especially with the tag stating the movie he’s from. I’ve done some digging and this seems to be a promotional item made for the release of the movie, see pics of tag for reference. While he’s definitely off-model he’s very cute. No stains/holes but one of the fasteners for his belt has snapped and his eyes have wear as pictured. Please see all listing photos to get the best idea of how he will arrive to you.
