This usan auto winder for use with a Pentax ME 35mm camera to take a picture and advance film automatically with push button at top front of handle. Can also use fur rapid succession picture taking. The winder also serves as handheld making it much easier to hold and steady the contact camera. Takes 6 AA batteries. I put 6 fresh batteries in and motor works like a charm when pushing the button. I did but attach to the camera but this was working fine many years ago when I last used it. It’s really in excellent shape and the battery compartment is clean.
