Has signs of use (see pictures), but it’s not abused- tons of life left. All buckles and zippers work as they should- only piece missing is one side of the chest clip on the straps (see picture of straps). Lots of pockets, very roomy, bladderpack pocket with straw feed through spot. Overall a very nice backpack.
