Works great! The only problem is the seal on the water tank leaks but it seems to hold the water fairly well after the tank is put in the machine. This model also has some humidity problems and has to be cleaned regularly to prevent mildew. But it makes some really good coffee. The photo shows its usage counts. I have a generic glass milk carafe that is included, as well as the original documents from when i bought it.
