This set is 100% complete, however one of the common 1x1 clip pieces in white has been replaced for one in gray. Sensei Garmadon, Kai, white Pythor (wrong snake legs and torso isn’t in great condition head is good) other minifigures are absent. A used set, pieces are all in good condition but not amazing condition - see photos.
