Wooden jewelry / music box with laser-cut intaglio design. The rectangular box has a nice smooth grain, rounded corners, and a hinged lid. The interior has burgundy felt on the top and bottom. The base has two compartments, and the music apparatus is in the lid. The music plays Tchaikovsky's "Waltz of the Roses,” but the winding mechanism might need some cleaning. The original label on the bottom indicates the maker as "Wilderness Woods/ Made in the USA." Condition is very good; there are minor scratches due to age & use, and sticker residue on the bottom -- see pictures. The music plays, but not smoothly; the apparatus might need cleaning.
