Super durable Walnut Hardwood. Most stands for sale, are made out of 1/2"-3/4". Mine are a full 13/16" thick, and for less money! Keep in mind I can make these, out of any Hardwood you like. Ashwood is one of the lower priced woods, and happens to match very closely to the light oak finished La Scala's.
