Tablet has been factory reset and ready to go! It does not come with a charger but any iPhone charger will work. Some minimal cosmetic scratches on silver backside are present but hardly noticeable. I’ve included pictures to review so please reach out for clarification or more pictures if you feel this will be an issue. Also, this runs on a 10.3 iOS system. I say that to make sure you are aware that nowadays, things like apps for example, may require a higher iOS version to work. Please reach out with any questions.
