Hoya NDx8 (A77ND8XGB) 77mm Filter New in Sealed Case. Never even opened this one, so the stickers sealing it are intact. There's a short hairline crack in the top of the case but it doesn't appear to have affected the filter at all. If you buy and you're worried about it I can open the case before shipping to confirm that the filter is fine (I won't ship if it's damaged of course).
