Tested and working Direct Drive Technics SL-Q311 (SL-Q311U) with Audio Technica AT85 EP Installed. Player does a good job of playing at 33 and 45 RPM as briefly checked by Turntable Speed app. Player is factory balanced as a T4P player with a P cartridge installed. Turntable has automatic detection of 12” or 7” records, if no record is present the player will stop and won’t try to play with no record detected, which also has been tested and working. AT85EP Cartridge installed, but stylus is not straight and should be replaced, although it does play currently. The feet are also in bad condition from age and wear. Turntable will be shipped with a mis-matched dust cover for packaging, no hinges.
