Not all original packing is included. This fax machine is being sold as is & FOR PARTS OR REPAIR. I was able to plug the machine in and make a copy. This is the “hi” message shown in one of the photos. However, I am unable to test the FAX function of the machine. Buyer is responsible for any testing or repairs required to use the machine.
