Bought with the idea of using it outside for picnics and parties but somehow, I never did. It's a nice compact size unit- measures about 8" wide, about 6" deep. Has lightning connectivity so great for older MP3 players and Iphones -- Also would likely be usable with a lightning to USBc connector - I don't have cords for it, and I'm not sure why. Usually keep everything but not turning these up.
