As received, kinda. Manual pump was unresponsive. Numatic action raised Piston though. Did not check lift capacity because it's not functioning properly. I don't think that quick burst caused the lower seal leak?.

The handle is not included with this jack- and it needs oil topped off (only goes up slightly due to low oil). Otherwise a working piece. I do not know the brand or capacity as the tag is well worn and can not be read. I'd assume it's 10 or 12 ton based on what I see- but leave the final determination to be made by the buyer.
