The device powers on but does not count money. I tried to capture the issue clearly in the close-up photos — please review all of them. I noticed a melted or worn-out part and included it in the pictures. I cannot guarantee whether there are any other issues. The power cable is in good condition. Machine is in good working order, You have to know how to use it. People in the office are always trying to touch some button they don't need to. Note there is some tape on top in the money feed. I have no idea why the tape is there but it did not interfere with anything, I'm going to leave it on and you decide if you want to take it off, The machine is somewhat a little dusty.
