Turns on and responds to commands, attempts to run but consistently jams. We inspected the internal tire rollers and several of them are gummy - they will likely all need to be replaced. The o-ring style belts and toothed belts all appear to be in good condition.

When plugged in, display screen lights up showing a zero. But it does not count bills. It gives an error & wont pass bills through the machine. I do not know what is wrong with it.
