Cartridge only, in good condition. It's hard to see the contacts, but I don't see any obvious signs of corrosion. Unfortunately I don't have the system it belongs to in order to test it. From what I gather, it's compatible with Prinztronic, Acetronic, Radofin, Voltmace and other 1292 Advanced Programmable Video System consoles.
