    We were able to get into all menus and check all functions through the printer but we were unable to find drivers to test this unit with our PC. The printer is recognized but the pc when plugged and unplugged. We are not the original owners of the unit and we do not know the history. Purchase includes the printer with the power cord and accessories as shown. We are not accepting returns on this purchase. We were able to change the password to down down down down but we could not access the advanced menu.
