The Fork can be used on Early Klunker Mountain Bikes with 26" Wheels and Tires that Used 1 1/8" threaded forks. Forks have short threaded 1 1/8" fork tubes for short head tubes, Since the fork tube got bigger 1 1/8" and it got stronger, thats why theres a lot of short head tubes on Old School MTB bikes of the era.
