I believe the original earlier work of Knorr was the German title devoted only to Conchology. A Later work by Knorr, (Les delices des yeux et de l'esprit. ) included many of the spectacular renderings of shells (among other selected paintings of stunning creatures) from this original Conchology masterpiece, but as far as I find, this particular plate wasn't included.
