This tablet is fully functional, but the cooling fan makes a very minor grinding noise at certain speeds. It is not a big deal and is only a minor annoyance. It does not affect how the tablet functions. The screen does have some scuffs and some delamination. See photos. One of the IO port covers is missing. The power port cover does not stay inserted.
