Item as been tested and dose work, has been used and dose have scuffs and scratches. Item is being sold as is. Cord has fully been replaced with a new one, original cord had was cur a spliced back together with electrical connections and electrical tape, but old cord has been removed and new one replace and soldered and clamped back in to the mother bored.
