Basically brand new, I have never used it. I opened the box to check to see if it was previously used because there was a sticker over the manufacturer seal and I ended up ripping both the seal off and the sticker by mistake. The processor is being sold as Open Box but it’s guaranteed to be brand new. I bought them as new.
