The bag has some scuffing, marking, stains, and wear on the out side of the bag. The wheels have a couple flat spots. The inside is in fairly good condition. Please refer to photos for condition. Measurements are 17”long x 7” deep x 14” tall without the handles, 18 1/2 with handles.
