Designed for cutting gaskets, leather, rubber, cork, and similar materials. Made in USA. Shows wear, dust, and light oxidation from use and storage. Condition: Used vintage condition. Punches show surface wear, discoloration, and residue from use. Storage case has scuffs and dirt from storage.
