This cartridge is 100% AUTHENTIC, not a remanufactured fake. Tested and working exactly as expected. See photos for better examples of the blemishes. The front of the game and sticker on front look almost brand new besides the small bottom right corner where the picture peeled off. Notice the back has a few spots where the sticker is scuffed in a few places. Game has been cleaned and tested.
