Used, works great no issues, battery life is 89% , device is locked to AT&T sim as provider , has a couple scratches on the screen as usual with the iPhone 11 , no cracks or signs of real damage besides the scratches, back has tiny scratches which aren’t noticeable unless you use flash, iPhone is factory reseted already
