The book has a clean neutral scent. See Pictures for a close look. The dust jacket has some water staining but looks good otherwise and has protected the book underneath very well. The binding is strong. The spine is in good condition with very minimal no flaking along the outer edges, and minimal bumping along the top and bottom. The front and back cover have nice color. The inside of the back cover has some water staining on the lower right corner. The pages are white. No writing (aside from personalization and signatures) creases, or tears.
