The Disney Stitch Talking Plushy is a 6.5" tall soft toy in the sitting position. There's a button on the inside and when its belly button is pressed it talks its language and makes noises. There is no battery compartment so I'm guessing when the batteries drain you have to unstitch & sew back up or they can't be replaced.
