This device was supposed to help keep you awake, by knowing when you tilted you head and then sending an alarm. I have no idea if it works/worked in any way, what you see is what you get, a 50-year-old battery operated noisemaker, untested with no guarantees. The box measures approx. 2-3/4" square and it all appears in good condition.
