Hydro bill puts coolant where you need it for id tooling. Good for drills boring bars broaches etc. I had problems with the cnc lathes getting coolant on my micro bars and boring bars. the machines i was working with had no through coolant so the best i could do was angle a ball as hard as i could leading to poor finish on deep holes and chip wrap.
