Regency scanner - has need been inspected / cleaned or serviced. I added a temp a/c cord internal to check for power on - it does, it scans - heard static. Those red lens bulb covers may fall in during shipping I'm not sure how they supposed to stay with nothing much holding them - anyway that's all I know - sold for parts or whatever buyer wants to do.
