Windows 11 Pro 25H2, and all the critical drivers (including HP Wolf Security) has been preinstalled with a local user, and is cleaned up so that it is ready to be used. There are a couple drivers, especially the fingerprint driver, that either need to be installed, or it is disabled in the BIOS where it is locked by the last owner.
