An early 20thC. Bausch & Lomb monocular microscope made of brass and cast iron. It comes in it's original mahogany wood case. There are a kit of lenses which include brass canister lens which read 4/10 & 1 1/2. There are three lenses which read 1/2, 1, 2. The lenses are very clear, the glass reflector is very clear, there are a set of small fold out lenses on the end of scope and they are also clear. The base is marked "Bausch & Lomb Optical Co. Rochester N.Y.". A nice original package, it has been stored for some time. No key is included for case, lock is tongue out and will not close all the way, needs a simple flat blade key. Measures approx.; scope 11 3/8" tall, box 14 7/8" tall plus handle, 8 3/4" deep x 8 7/8" wide. .
