vintage nylon petticoat skirt with ruffles along the hem. Likely from the 1950s. Likely worn as an underskirt originally, but can be worn on it's own. 24" waist 40" length from waist to hem fabric offers no stretch. Light stains & imperfections throughout, see pics for most noticeable.
