For use with Vitamix® Ascent™ and Venturist™ Series blenders only. This blender is great for making great milk foam to finish off with iced lattes (cold milk foam) or even adding air to eggs. The blender that needs to be compatible are Ascent series, as far as I know, as this blender has interlock (i) features.
