Rare high quality solid oak musical 5 gong bracket clock which is in amazing condition and by the well known German clockmakers Winterholder & Hofmeier The case has original bevelled edge glass panels on either side as well as a hinged brass door to the front The case has a pitched roof top and column carved pillars down the front edges The clock has a silvered dial with roman numerals, the dial is in excellent condition At the top of the dial it has 2 sub dials which are all working, they are for a choice of silent or chime and for regulation It has a German 8 day triple chain driven fusee musical movement which is in full working order playing the Westminster chimes.
