*READ* Is missing closing strap, has some damages due to the age of the binder, and has some slight discoloration and scuffs, please see photos. I personally wouldn't recommend putting expensive cards in this binder due to the age of it and the way the material is. I would view this as more of a vintage/ novelty item! At Tabletop Tcg I value transparency.
