Neon lights flash in a downward arrow motion. Was told you can make them stay solid too but didn’t tinker enough to figure that out. Have original box: was displayed in a liquor store then stored away. Back access panel has some damage and battery pack is attatched by wires but needs taped down if you’re going to hang it on wall as it’s heavy and will weigh the back down . But if not damaged or anything Takes 3 D 1.5 v batteries Heavy plastic sign. All lights work Was lightly used still in fantastic condition!
