Bandai Ultimagear Yu-Gi-Oh Millenium Puzzle Storage Box Gold Sarcophagus Model Kit JP. listed as Used, although most boxes still have their plastic bands, and all contents are still in sealed plastic. a couple of the cardboard box corners are slightly dinged. there appears to be a flaw in the lid molding, from what i can tell looking at the open boxes (see pictures). but all pieces are there.
