Decorated with embossed images and birth/dates of NAPOLEON BONAPARTE, MARCO POLO and FERNANDO CORTEZ, it is German made by Weber Zinn (hard to read the mark, but that's my best guess). Acquired recently from the estate of an avid Napoleon collector.
