Polaroid 4X5 Film Holder Back Model 545 - a universal film back designed to work with any large format 4x5 cameras. Made by Polaroid. I have had this film back since the early to mid 1990s when I got my first field camera - it is in good condition with a few minor cosmetic scuffs and scratches. This is a wonderful addition for your 4x5 camera as one can use it test out composition, focus, depth of field etc before one commits to film - when using 4x5 encased instant sheet film.
